Some community members have received fraudulent telephone calls that appear to come from the King County District Court Office of the Presiding Judge’s phone number: 206-477-1720.

The caller tells people that the court has a warrant for their arrest and that they must pay hundreds of dollars. This is a scam. The court does not call people to request money. Please hang-up and treat the call as you would any unauthorized, fraudulent request.
